Typically we will be completing the intake in the beginning sessions, which may feel like an interview! The intakes help me get a better understanding of who you are at a glance- we'll talk about things like what brings you here, goals, family history, social history, medical and behavioral health history, etc.
After this, sessions can look different for each person. I want to make sure you feel comfortable to be yourself in therapy, and that we are focusing on the goals you have decided on. You can feel free to come to session with an agenda or topics you have in mind to chat about, or I can ask you questions if needed to help you get comfortable. We can even talk about the latest things on tv- I meet clients where they are at to help form the therapeutic relationship.
This can vary based on individual client's needs. Typically sessions are 45-60 minutes and range from weekly to every other week.

Yes, I am currently in network with the following insurances:
If I am not in network with your insurance, you may be able to utilize your out-of-network coverage by taking a "superbill" at the end of each month to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
If I am in network with your insurance, the cost of service will depend on your specific plan, for example if you have a copay amount or a deductible plan. Please contact your insurance to verify coverage.
For out of pocket costs:
Intakes- $200
Individual therapy- $175
Couples therapy- $175
*Under the law, mental health providers are required to give clients a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health services will cost.
